Shipping & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (1-2 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

WRONG/CHANGE ADDRESS

If you need to change the delivery address and we have not yet fulfilled the order, please email us at info@admititcardgames.com with your order # to inform us of the changes. If your order has been shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation email, your address can no longer be changed, as the product and shipping cost has already been accounted for. 

RETURN TO SENDER

If your package has been returned by any mail carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, ETC.) due to incorrect address, missing apartment, or unit number, we will contact you to receive an updated address for reshipment. If the game is returned to us due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at info@admititcardgames.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
